2016 Estate Rosé of Syrah

Product Image

Our 2016 Estate Rosé of Syrah began its life early on the morning of August 18, 2016 with a ton of grapes from A Block and a ton of grapes from S Block. These cool mornings preserve those fresh fruit flavors that make this Rosé so refreshing. These grapes were whole cluster pressed into experience French oak barrels, innoculated with a yeast isolated from the Bandol appellation in Southern France and fermented to dryness. This standout Rosé was bottled on June 30, 2017 and is now ready for release with alcohol at 11.6%.

We love this Rosé for its pure, fruity flavors, silky texture, and clean fresh, crisp, dry finish. It is a wine that cries out for another glass.
